Blue Light Minds provides psychological support and treatment to Scottish Emergency Service workers that have experienced trauma at work, enabling staff to move on from the traumatic experience.
Who We Are?
Blue Light Minds is a registered Scottish charity dedicated to removing barriers that prevent people from seeking professional mental health support and treatment. Our research indicates that many workers see visiting their GP or informing their employer regarding poor mental health as a barrier, leading them to endure their struggles in silence. It is for this reason that all our services are entirely confidential and unconnected to the workplace.​
