We understand that seeking help can sometimes feel overwhelming, this is why we have made a quick and easy self referral process.

Can We Support You?

We can help all serving and former Scottish Emergency Service workers:

 

  • Ambulance Service 

  • University Student Paramedics

  • Police 

  • Fire and Rescue Service

  • Coast Guard

  • RNLI

  • Independent Lifeboats

  • MoD Police & Fire Service 

  • Mountain Rescue

 

To help us better understand your current feelings and determine the most suitable treatment plan and next steps, please complete our online self-referral form. The only criteria being that:

​

  • There has been a decline in your mental health due to experiencing one or more traumatic incident(s).  

  • 4 weeks must have elapsed since the traumatic incident(s).

  • You are not currently actively suicidal or self-harming or had a recent hospital admission for mental health concerns. You are not in mental health crisis.
