Mark brings nearly 11 years of dedicated service as a police officer, where he gained extensive experience in handling traumatic incidents, both professionally and personally. This background has endowed him with a deep understanding and empathy for those facing similar challenges.

In addition to his frontline experience, Mark has 9 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic planning skills. His ability to manage teams and complex situations will be invaluable in supporting Blue Light Minds’ mission.

Mark is deeply committed to the values of Blue Light Minds and is passionate about expanding the charity’s reach. He aims to enhance the support and treatment available to Scottish Emergency Service Workers dealing with the aftermath of traumatic events.
